Education Bootcamp and Virtual User Group Event
Hear directly from Instructors that are using LabArchives in their courses and then join us throughout the week for sessions tailored to help you prepare to use LabArchives in your Fall courses.
LabArchives will be hosting a week of Bootcamp training beginning on June 22 intended to help our LabArchives Education Edition users get ready for their Fall courses. Join us to learn how the LabArchives Education Edition can help you and your peers to easily manage student lab work and course content – whether your courses are online, in-person or hybrid.
Part of our series of events will be the Virtual User Group Event in which you will have a chance to interact with current users of the Education Edition. We will have an international panel of three speakers sharing their experience using LabArchives in their course.

Introduction to LabArchives Education Edition – For Instructors, TAs, and Course Coordinators (60 minutes)
For instructors, TAs, and course coordinators that would like an overview of how to create a course notebook, invite students, and grade assignments using LabArchives. Join this session to learn about our best practices and tips to make your Spring Course a success!
This webinar is offered every week and available in multiple time zones! Choose your region and then select the session. Good news – You don’t have to wait for the bootcamp week to attend!
LabArchives Education Edition – Setting up your Course Notebook or Lab Manual (45 minutes)
For instructors and course coordinators that would like extra guidance on setting up their course notebooks, organizing materials, and using content from Lab Builder – our multidisciplinary, open-source library of course content that contains access to hundreds of online labs, protocols, course packs and even textbooks!
LabArchives Education Edition for TAs and Grading Staff – Navigating Student Notebooks and Grading Assignments (45 minutes)
For Teaching Assistants, graduate students, and all grading staff that would like to review how they can access, navigate, and grade content in LabArchives student notebooks without breaking a sweat!
Using the Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle LTI Integration in your LabArchives Course Notebook (60 minutes)
*Please note that this session is only intended for current LabArchives Education sites that have this integration available and enabled. Access to this course will be based on your affiliation with one of these institutions.
Join this session to learn how to set up your course through an LTI integration partner, interact with student notebooks, and grade assignments.
